The National Convention and Exhibition Center is a large-scale exhibition complex project jointly built by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government in 2011. It integrates exhibition, conference, event, commercial, office, hotel and other forms of business, and is currently the largest single building and exhibition complex in the world. The main building is shaped by the soft four-leaf lucky grass and adopts the concept of symmetrical axis design, which reflects many Chinese elements and is one of the landmark buildings in Shanghai.

Hall 1 to 3 of the National Convention and Exhibition Center is a single-storey column-free exhibition hall, and Hall 4 to 8 is a double-storey large exhibition hall.
Business Plaza
National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) Business Plaza is located in “ Four-leaf clover ” The center of the building is composed of a circle building around the central square and eight diamond buildings around the circle building. The central circle building and the diamond building are connected from the first to the third floor, and exhibitors and visitors can shuttle between the major exhibition halls and the commercial square.
Office building
The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) office building is located in “ Four-leaf clover ” At the end, it is a 5A Class A office building, which is easily connected to major exhibition halls and commercial squares by walking paths; The office building is equipped with a business center, including a one-stop administrative service window in the office building B, which gathers industry and commerce, taxation, tourism, etc. There are coffee shop, convenience store, staff canteen and bank facilities in the building.
Conference Center
The convention center of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) consists of 78 large, medium and small conference rooms with a total of 35,000 square meters of international modern conference facilities “ Community ” . Among them, the main venue of the National Convention Center includes the welcome hall, the shared hall, the main venue, the North-South exchange hall, and the 23-meter conference area; The parallel venue consists of four conference halls A, B, C, D (1,642 square meters each) and eight VIP rooms, Hall E (1,851 square meters), rodeo hall (935 square meters) and a public area of 15,000 square meters. Intercontinental Hotel is located in “ Four-leaf clover ” The southwest end of the hotel is connected to the exhibition hall through an 8-meter elevation walkway. The hotel is equipped with a variety of conference venues, including guest rooms, suites, restaurants and bars, as well as banquet venues, grand banquet halls and multi-function halls with different sizes, which can meet various needs such as office, conference and media centers.
