Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC) is one of the largest event venues in the region and is centrally located in the business district, less than a 20-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. The exhibition center was officially completed in 2003 next to the famous Dubai World Trade Center, with a total investment of 177 million US dollars and an exhibition area of more than 111,000 square meters, bringing together large consumer exhibitions, famous conferences and more than 300,000 visitors from 160 countries and regions around the world every year, and is one of the most advanced pavilions in the Middle East. The exhibition center has 9 main exhibition halls with a total area of 37,000 square meters. When it was built, it was the venue for the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, attracting delegates from more than 15,000 countries and regions.
